please download the current openafs-client (auristor-client) on https://www.auristor.com/filesystem/client-installer/
please look carefully to download the correct version for
your current OS-Version (have a look under: Apple-Menu / About this Mac.

open the downloaded Auristor Installer -- Extras
there
Right-Click on BOTH *.command file: Open (Enter the appropriate
administer-passwords to give these scripts the rights to deinstall all
old installations)

* Yes please do reboot - we had many problems with leaving this step

open the Auristor-installer: Auristor.pkg
follow the installation: when asked for the cell name:
physnet.uni-hamburg.de

Auristor-menu / Backgrounder / use aklog

Finish:
you should now have an Icon to get new tickets and login to the afs.
For connecting to some drive:
Finder / Goto / Goto-folder
/afs/physnet.uni-hamburg.de
For a shorter version:
make yourself a shortcut inside the finder.
